We apologise for ongoing delays in reporting results for cancer large panel DNA (TSO500) and RNA (PanCan Fusion) tests. We are aware of the effect these delays can have on patient treatment and are doing our best to rectify them.
This issue affects various solid cancer clinical indications and is due to technical resource limitations and hardware downtime in the lab. Our teams are working hard to address these challenges as quickly as possible and we aim to provide further updates as the situation improves. We are also making longer-term changes to our lab processes intended to avoid similar issues in future and enable us to deliver increased testing capacity.
There is currently good service for all other cancer test methods, including medium/focused NGS panels (DNA & RNA, Genexus Oncomine Precision Assay).
